Wentworth Estate Annual Report redesigned by Piranha PR

The Wentworth Estate in Virginia Water, Surrey is home to one of Europe’s premier residential areas and the internationally renowned Wentworth Club.

Within the estate borders are a mixture of both public and private roads, footpaths and open areas as well as the village shops, restaurants and other amenities. It covers an area of about 700 hectares (1750 acres) and along with the Club it encompasses the world famous Golf Courses.

The Estate is managed according to the The Wentworth Estate Act, 1964. This Act established the Wentworth Estate Roads Committee (WERC), the members of which are appointed by members of the Wentworth Residents' Association.

Standards are consistently high, and that’s why the Estate Office engaged Piranha PR to design a complete new look with fresh ideas for its annual report.

The document provides residents with information about the activities and financial performance of the Roads Committee - and it was essential that it wasn't discarded.

Since the core of the report is mostly facts and numbers, designing the report required extreme attention to detail and a large amount of creativity in presenting the information in an interesting way.

An additional goal was to present a consistent image and message to the report's core audience.

The Estate Office says that since publication feedback from residents on the Estate has been very favourable indeed.
